Year-round programming, built on a swing thought
The principles that produce a great golf swing are the same principles that produce great leaders, strong careers, and lasting community impact.
Literacy
Programming that builds reading confidence early, so young people can follow through on everything that comes after it.
Aviation Exposure
Anchored by our partnership with the Fly Compton Foundation, opening a career path in aviation that few underrepresented students ever see up close.
Mentorship
Direct relationships between decision-makers and the communities they serve — the same access that shaped the founders' own careers.
We want young people to move forward with artificial intelligence instead of being left behind — teaching them to use it responsibly to learn, explore careers, and solve problems.
A framework for living, borrowed from the game
Set Up
Preparation is a discipline. How a young person is positioned before the opportunity determines everything that follows.
Trust
Doubt is the fastest way to a bad shot. Mentors and mentees alike show up with conviction.
Commit
Halfway doesn't count — on the course, in a classroom, or in a career. Full commitment to the cause.
Follow Through
The moment after impact defines the outcome. Legacy is built in what continues when no one is watching.
Follow Through: A Swing for Life
Follow Through uses the fundamentals of golf — Set Up, Trust, Commit, and Follow Through — as a framework for approaching life, leadership, and personal growth.
The book isn't written for elite athletes or seasoned executives alone. The philosophy applies to anyone navigating decisions, building something meaningful, or simply trying to show up more intentionally in their everyday life.
Kerwin Owens draws from years of coaching, entrepreneurship, and lived experience to offer a grounded, practical guide — one that meets you wherever you are in the game.
In golf and in life, intention starts the swing, but the follow through decides the outcome. — Kerwin Owens
